In the nearly ten years I’ve been a condo trustee, I have had to contend with every issue from deleading to problems between neighbors. You’ll find that objective information for condo associations is hard to come by.
Large buildings employ full-time staff and management companies to deal with problems, but where only 2 to 20 units are involved, owners need to rely on each other. What often happens is that the burden falls disproportionately on one or two people. This site is for them. Next time there’s a problem, you can begin the solution by coming here.
