We have recently elected a new board. However, two members of the new board are dating. Although they both own condos, is it ethical for both of them to be on the board?

I think so. What would be unethical is if they acted in their own interests rather than in the interests of the condo association.

I am a Paralegal, who has owned for over twenty years: a trustee (wife) hired her (lawyer) husband, to be the board's legal rep.

Problem: he has been in troube with the BBO, here and in N. H.!

The board allows this and the owners have no legal recourse: does anyone share the same unethical conduct as above?

Thank You
