Studio to three bedroom apartments are offered at 75 Clinton Street, which is a historic building which was originally constructed in 1910 and was recently converted to residential rental units. In 2012, Invesco redeveloped the nine story building from condominiums to rentals to service the booming rental market; rental rates range from $2,800 to $7,000 per month.
75 Clinton Street has an interesting history. Before it was turned into a residential condominium building in 2007, the building served as a bankruptcy court. The building began its latest conversion to rentals in 2012. Rawlings Architects was in charge of the conversion.
The building is situated in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, just south east of the Brooklyn Bridge.
With a convenient location in Brooklyn Heights, 75 Clinton Street offers its residents a central and easily accessible location. Access to the subway is just across the street from the building, which takes the residents over the Brooklyn Bridge and into Manhattan. The building is situated very close to the shoreline of the East River, offer residents the enjoyment of outdoor walking and views from the interior of their units.
Other nearby outdoor attractions include Columbus Park, Brooklyn War Memorial, Whitman Park, and Brooklyn Bridge Park. During its conversion from rental units to condominiums in 2012, the building underwent extensive renovations, which transformed it from an unattractive, washed-out building to a modern and architecturally intriguing structure.
The transformation included recladding of the European terracotta exterior, an updated recladding of the building's stone base, and the addition of balconies. Smaller juliet balconies were added along the narrower Clinton Street and five-foot deep balconies on the Montague and Remsen sides.
Layout and Features
Milestone Management has a promotional video on the property which boasts "condominium finishes" such as bamboo flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, custom lacquer cabinetry, private outdoor spaces, a common rooftop terrace and a fitness center. The building is also proud to be pet-friendly.
Interior finishes are very high end. The kitchens offer thick marble counter tops with under mount sinks, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, gas stove tops, and breakfast eating bars. Large windows open up the spaces and fill them with light.
Bathrooms also feature marble and frame-less glass showers. Master bathrooms feature deep soaker tubs. Many of the interiors have an attractive design scheme with designer colors and light fixtures.
Each floor plan is efficient for maximization of usable space, and functional details are found throughout the homes.

LIU is a good university that educates people from "all walks of life" being that its affordability is quite high. Long Island University was chartered in 1926 by the New York State Education Department to provide “effective and moderately priced education.”
Several additional campuses were opened up in the suburbs of other cities in the United States, and today the university offers six different campuses. The main campus is the one in Brooklyn, New York, which contains the former Brooklyn Paramount Theater, which is the world's first theater that was built specifically for taking photographs.
