Representative Buildings by Bosa Properties

Although Bosa Properties may be recognized more by its development of commercial building projects, the company has built and managed several very successful residential buildings. Some buildings by Bosa Properties include:

Lido, 1650 Quebec Street, Vancouver, BC

At home in Vancouver’s upscale False Creek area, Lido is easily within walking distance of the Main Street SkyTrain station, as well as more than 50 public transit options.

With 183 luxury units on 19 floors, Lido is a slick, ultra-modern, steel framed building that goes beyond paying attention to the bells and whistles of a higher-income clientele.

Lido suites are available in one or two bedroom layouts, with additional features like balconies, dens, home offices, and en-suite storage spaces available as one moves up the price bracket.

Jameson House, 838 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC

In the heart of Vancouver's Financial District, the Jameson House quickly became an iconic architectural structure and sought-after residence during its development.

The Jameson House sold during pre-sale from its start in July 2007 and sold out soon after its completion in September 2011, largely in part to the stir caused by the introduction of Canada's first automated parking garage system.

Developed by Bosa Properties, the Jameson House is the only residential project in North America designed by renowned Foster and Company. This first time excitement during the early months of development had many investors quickly purchasing their residences.

Alvar, 1005 Beach Avenue, Vancouver, BC

Built in 2004, Alvar is a 28 floor tower with 102 units available for both sale and rent.

It is a structure with a clean and elegant design that came courtesy of Lawrence Doyle Young & Wright Architects, and the quality of its exterior belies the residences that lie within.

As expected for a luxury building that is located so close to Downtown Vancouver, Alvar offers a fairly generous selection of amenities for its residents, ranging from exercise equipment to a rec room they can relax in.

Mondrian, 969/989 Richards Street, Vancouver, BC

The Mondrian is a mixed-use development in downtown Vancouver featuring two high-rise residential towers sequentially named Mondrian 1 and 2, some townhouses at street level, and the Contemporary Art Gallery.

Rafii Architects Inc. designed this complex that was completed in 2002. Mondrian 1 or simply "Mondrian" was the first building done in 2001 on 989 Richards Street with 21 stories. Mondrian 2 followed in 2002 located on 969 Richards Street with 30 floors. There are 344 suites in total.

Eden, 1225 Richards Street, Vancouver, BC

Developed by Bosa Development, Eden was constructed in 2004 on Richards Street, home to a few other upscale residences.

Unlike many of its close neighbours, Eden was the design brainchild of Rafii Architects, and it shows its lineage in the clean and elegant exterior.

With 25 floors and 177 total units available, there is plenty of room for residents. Eden also has the added boon of being located very close to Yaletown and all the excitement that it boasts.
