Chadwick Court is a condominium located in the Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood of Vancouver, B.C. Constructed in 1990, the 12 floor concrete structure has 92 units and is within close proximity of a wealth of attractions sure to appeal to the metropolitan individual.
Combined with the prime location near Vancouver's waterfront, this makes Chadwick Court an excellent choice for the discerning buyer, especially one who wants to live in a vibrant area without the frenetic, constant pace that goes hand in hand with downtown residences.
The Lower Lonsdale area of Vancouver is a waterfront neighborhood whose origin is closely linked with the nearby industrial area of Burrard Inlet. Formerly consisting of plenty of shipyards and other related structures, the current restructuring of the region is seeing it filled with restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The most prominent attraction would be the famous Lonsdale Quay, with the seaside market offering over 80 stores and services for residents to enjoy. For those who merely want to complete public errands, there are a number of supermarkets nearby, and if a rest is necessary after all that shopping, there are a number of public parks nearby as well.
Should one wish to explore more of Vancouver, Chadwick Court is located close to the Seabus, a passenger ferry run by Translink that crosses the Burrard Inlet to downtown Vancouver. From there, exploring the rest of the city is a simple task, with the Skytrain light rail system and the myriad of bus stops providing region-wide coverage.
Chadwick Court is very much constructed in the same vein as many of its contemporaries, being a typical concrete high rise. With that being said, the structure is solid and well-built inside and out, with a few artistic touches coming out in the courtyard and outer architecture.
Layout and Features
The units in Chadwick Court come in a variety of configurations, with one, two, and three bedroom options being available. The units come fairly well equipped, with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, in-suite washer/dryer, and stainless steel appliances.
Other building features include outdoor gardens, balconies, and gas fireplaces.
Unfortunately, Chadwick Court does not currently have floor plans available to the public. There is, however, video footage that provide prospective residents with an adequate look at the building.

Chadwick Court has a number of amenities available for resident use:

Unfortunately, Chadwick Court was not constructed with green living in mind. Residents, of course, can take matters into their own hands; Vancouver's excellent public transit system makes using a car more of a choice than a necessity, and choosing to ride and bus or Skytrain can greatly reduce one's carbon footprint. They can also live green by making sure to recycle things like cardboard and aluminum cans instead of simply throwing them away.
