Local on Lonsdale expresses a modern look using large windows and neutral earth tones on the concrete facings over a concrete construction. Emphasis is placed on a pleasant urban outlook for residents and visitors by providing a one acre rooftop green space.

This project was developed by Anthem Properties Group. They enlisted the service of Rafii Architects Inc. for their expertise in mixed use high rise residential designs.

Interiors were conceived by BYU Design (Bob's Your Uncle Design Ltd.). BYU creates designs that are comfortable and functional.

Durante Kreuk (DKL) is an award winning landscape architectural firm that create sustainable, people-focused urban outdoor spaces.

Layout and Features

Featured, is a six story podium with residential suites starting on the third floor and extending up to the twentieth floor. Numerous variations on floor plans are featured.
