View of Coal Harbour looking west

Two Harbour Green is the second of three buildings completed in the Harbour Green Complex in Coal Harbour. The Coal Harbour Seawall, Harbour Green Park, the newly built Convention Center, the spectacular views of water, park, and mountains contribute to makiing the Harbour Green Complex one of the west coast's most coveted places to live.

Over the past 100 years Coal Harbour has been home to minor coal exploration, settlements of native peoples, Hawaiians, companies such as the Pacific Lumber Mill, Boeing Canada, Vancouver Shipyards, rail and ship terminals and docks, ferries, an ice arena and in the last 15 years has developed into an exclusive high rise neighbourhood.[1]

Harbour Green Park

Two Harbour Green is situated on the water in Coal Harbour, built with Harbour Green Park between the Complex and the Seawall.

The Park offers an unstructured open resting and play area for residents and the public. Harbour Green complex is located at the most northern part of the city of Vancouver overlooking the water and with views of the mountains and Stanley Park.

The busy pace of the Financial District, shopping and dining, although close at hand for convenience, can literally be put "behind" when facing north, east and west towards the ocean, mountains and parks.

Shortly after completing One Harbour Green in 2005, Aspac Development Ltd. moved next door to the east and started work on Two Harbour Green which they completed in 2008. The Harbour Green Complex, built on eight acres of land is comprised of three buildings and was built on lands that had been frozen throughout the 1990's in negotiation between the city, developers and the property division of the Canadian Pacific Railway.

With a maximum allowable height of 354 feet, the top of the mechanical penthouse measures at 351 feet just under the city's height restriction. This concrete building also has a generous amount of glass and limestone. It sits at 31 stories with three levels underground that are mostly designated for the generous sized 195 parking and storage spaces.[2]
